Conny Cash Young Entrepreneur Scholarship

James “Jimmy” P. McDonald Social Impact Scholarship

Dedicated to James P. McDonald, a lifelong champion of philanthropy, social work, and workforce development, this scholarship will provide funding to individuals focused on:

  • Job training and upskilling programs in underserved communities.

  • Social work, nonprofit leadership, and workforce initiatives.

  • Paid internships with social impact organizations to develop the next generation of philanthropic leaders.

Named in honor of Conny Cash, a passionate advocate for young entrepreneurs, financial education, and human rights, this scholarship will support emerging business leaders by providing:

  • Training and feedback for business planning.

  • Mentorship and coaching from industry leaders.

  • Access to financial literacy programs to ensure long-term success.
